2. Custom Orders & Approvals

Many of our products and services are made to order. For custom embroidery, quilting, and event services:

Work begins only after design/quote approval.
Once approved, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Colors may vary slightly due to screens, thread, and materials.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and policies are governed by our posted Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors once an item has been shipped.

5. Event Services (Live Embroidery / Parties)

For live event bookings or quilting parties:

A deposit may be required to secure a date.
Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to our event terms (provided at booking).
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, patterns, text, and content on this site are owned by Orange Blossom Embroidery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Losses due to misuse, incorrect care, or third-party services
Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or service.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because most items are custom-made, all sales are final except in cases of workmanship error. See our Returns/Refund Policy for details (if published separately).
