Booking & Cancelation Policy

Booking

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.

  • Final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days before your event.

  • Minimums:

    • In our Orlando home studio: 4 guests (up to 15 max).

    • At your location: 6 guests minimum. Host crafts free with 8+ guests.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event may reschedule to a new date within 6 months at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

  • If the event is canceled by Taylor Made Quilt Co. due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

Guest Changes

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event.

  • If fewer guests attend than the confirmed number, refunds will not be issued.

  • Additional guests may be added (up to the maximum) with prior approval and payment.

Travel Policy

  • Travel within 20 miles of Orlando is included.

  • A travel fee applies for events located more than 20 miles away; this will be communicated before booking.

Alcohol & Food

  • For in-home studio parties, wine, beer, and charcuterie are included.

  • For at-your-location parties, the host is responsible for providing any food or beverages.
