Booking & Cancelation Policy
Booking

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.

Final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days before your event.

Minimums:

In our Orlando home studio: 4 guests (up to 15 max).

At your location: 6 guests minimum. Host crafts free with 8+ guests.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event may reschedule to a new date within 6 months at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

If the event is canceled by Taylor Made Quilt Co. due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
Guest Changes

Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event.

If fewer guests attend than the confirmed number, refunds will not be issued.

Additional guests may be added (up to the maximum) with prior approval and payment.
Travel Policy
-
Travel within 20 miles of Orlando is included.
-
A travel fee applies for events located more than 20 miles away; this will be communicated before booking.
Alcohol & Food
-
For in-home studio parties, wine, beer, and charcuterie are included.
-
For at-your-location parties, the host is responsible for providing any food or beverages.
