Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from Orange Blossom Embroidery (“we,” “our,” or “us”) are processed, packaged, and delivered. Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, shipping timelines may vary based on the item.

Order Processing Time

  • Custom embroidery and quilted goods are typically processed and made within 7–21 business days, depending on project complexity.

  • Live event bookings and quilting services are scheduled individually and are not shipped.

  • You will receive an estimated completion date at the time of order or quote approval.

  • We will notify you if delays are expected due to materials, volume, or holidays.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for custom orders.

  • Local pickup may be available by request (Orlando, FL area only).

  • We currently ship within the United States. (Contact us before placing an international request.)

 

Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Average delivery is 3–10 business days within the U.S. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, or other service interruptions.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with claiming through the carrier. Replacement decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur additional re-shipping charges.

 

Custom Orders & Special Handling

Certain custom or high-value orders may require signature delivery or insurance. We will communicate this before shipment if applicable.
